Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background in the cosmetics industry, with expertise in identifying and managing distributors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in distribution and retail networks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to drive profitable partnerships.

Account Management & Expansion

  • Manage and grow existing distributor and retail accounts by providing business solutions and support.
  • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with distributors on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and market expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure performance alignment.

Product & Brand Management

  • Ensure strong brand positioning and visibility across retail and distribution channels.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop trade promotions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns.
  • Train distributor and retailer sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Track sales performance against targets and provide data-driven insights.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and product assortments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams for order processing, timely delivery, and stock availability.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to manage imports, customs clearance, and distribution.
  • Address supply chain issues and maintain smooth communication between internal and external teams.

Regulatory Compliance & Market Entry Support

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, product certifications, and labeling requirements.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and registrations for product launches.
  • Support distributors in navigating regulatory challenges and market entry processes.

Relationship Management & Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributor and retailer inquiries.
  • Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide post-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and manage distributors in international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
