Role Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will oversee the budget and manage the profit and loss for the B2B segment. This position involves cultivating and enhancing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring optimal stock levels, and providing tailored recommendations to foster growth in the B2B sector. The role includes managing a small team, with one member based in the region and another focusing on administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, including hotels and spas, to create a robust partnership.
  • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the team, developing strategies to achieve these targets.
  • Oversee the profit and loss management for the B2B channel.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to product inquiries from clients, providing accurate information and quotations.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver appropriate solutions to address them.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong connections with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Present the company’s offerings and communicate the range of products available.
  • Maximize sales and ensure follow-up on orders, stock, and deliveries.
  • Manage the timely collection of receivables.
  • Provide market insights to the commercial team regarding product movement and brand performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on budget requirements.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure quality and accuracy in merchandising.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and trends relevant to our products.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our sales network.
  • Support the team with new product launch strategies and information.
  • Engage in relevant projects and community initiatives as necessary.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Assign individual objectives for performance management, empowering the team and providing feedback to support their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and achieving objectives.
