Job Summary & Purpose:

We are seeking a highly driven and talented individual to spearhead our partnerships portfolio growth strategy. The successful candidate will join our fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in implementing our omni-channel partnerships strategy.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships campaign across all channels, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  2. Nurture and develop relationships with external organizations to achieve mutually beneficial goals, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with banks, payment, and fintech organizations to secure consumer offers on our platform.
  4. Identify and secure potential partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure repeated participation from partners, while managing business metrics such as budget, co-funding, and more.
  5. Oversee bank alliances campaigns, addressing partner needs, managing expectations, handling partner inquiries, and resolving partner issues in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business, analytics, and finance to ensure smooth executions and wins for all campaigns.
  7. Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support project objectives, driving informed decision-making.
  8. Provide regular data and reports on partnerships performance to the Manager for review, issue resolution, and prompt decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in alliances and partnerships roles, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing fintech projects, such as EMI, instant discounts, and gift cards for an e-commerce firm, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
