Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute plans to increase revenue from corporate companies and hotel partners, aligning with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Market Research and Sales Calls: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on business trends and developments, and perform a minimum of 50 sales calls per month, including 2 new prospect accounts per week.
- Target Corporate Events: Identify and target corporate events such as team building, meetings, conferences, corporate dinners, product launches, year-end functions, birthday events, Christmas events, and car launches.
- Rate Strategy Development: Develop rate strategies for individual accounts from corporate companies based on value-adds and position Dubai Holding Group as the leading entertainment destination while maintaining the budgeted per-cap.
- Hotel Partnerships: Develop rate strategies for hotel partners based on online exposure through various channels and in-hotel offline exposure.
- Sales Offers and Roadshows: Present and implement tactical sales offers with both hotel partners and corporate accounts, and conduct roadshows with key corporate accounts to achieve budgeted numbers.
- Target Key Accounts: Target key corporate accounts and hotel partners based on location to achieve budgeted visitation for both Dubai Parks and Midway Attractions (Laguna Waterpark and The Green Planet).
- Budgeted Visitation Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeted visitation targets in line with overall sales targets.
- Sales Meetings and Compliance: Participate in weekly sales meetings to identify visitation gaps and generate strategic action plans to drive business, and ensure all sales activities are compliant with internal audit processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management or related field.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' professional sales experience in Leisure/Hospitality/Tourism/Attraction/Theme Park industry.
