We are seeking a Sales Enablement Professional to join our team at Simplysolved. The successful candidate will have expertise in Zoho's ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.

The consultant will work closely with sales, technical, and client teams to provide tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure the successful alignment of Zoho solutions with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals to recommend appropriate Zoho solutions.
  2. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Design tailored Zoho solutions that align with business needs.
  4. Provide input on configuration, customization, and integration requirements across the Zoho suite (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory).
  5. Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations highlighting Zoho's capabilities and value.
  6. Present technical and functional aspects of solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Prepare detailed proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and cost estimations.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
  9. Work closely with sales, implementation teams, and clients to ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
  10. Partner with internal teams to continuously improve solution offerings and address emerging client needs.
  11. Stay updated on Zoho's latest features, updates, and competitive landscape.
  12. Provide feedback to the product team for potential enhancements based on customer needs.
  13. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
