We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Enablement Lead to join our team. As a Customer Success Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for helping drive the transition to a primarily recurring revenue model in Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Field Services Management (FSM), with 8 years of experience in consulting, services sales, or presales roles in Enterprise Software.

You will be working closely with the Client Services Partners to ensure that the Client Services Specialists have the necessary knowledge and resources to provide professional recommendations and support to customers.

About the Opportunity:
  • Responsibility for running periodic campaigns to raise awareness and customer success stories for the relevant offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Solutioning Centre on service offerings based on services sales engagement (evolving market needs).
