Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Office Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Providing information and assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized working area, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Using telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards, ensuring a professional and courteous tone.
  • Escorting guests to their rooms, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our guests, handling any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the supervisor and manager to share daily activity highlights, including internal and external guest opportunities.
  • Being aware of and reporting all guest comments or complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Performing a proper cashier close, ensuring a complete handover between shifts.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
