Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience at our Accor hotel. This role involves working closely with the Front Office Manager and Night Manager to maintain high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise the front desk operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Implement and coordinate Accor standards and policies, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to them.
- Be fully aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of the hotel facilities.
- Ensure panic reports are printed during the shift at least twice.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Accor standards and policies.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
