Job Summary:

Damac Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local real estate brokers, corporate brokers, and high-net worth individuals to promote and sell our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broker Relationship Management: Recruit and develop relationships with local real estate brokers to promote and sell our off-plan and ready properties.
  • Global Marketing: Market and promote our completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential investors globally through corporate brokers.
  • Investment Advisory: Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities with Damac in Dubai and other locations.
  • Business Development: Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell our off-plan and ready properties.
  • Event Participation: Participate in exhibitions and promotional events to showcase our properties and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing and new brokers, and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Performance Management: Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM and ensure that account managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure that client needs are fulfilled effectively.
