Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contracting and Integration: Collaborate with our legal team to draft and negotiate partnership contracts, ensuring seamless integration and onboarding of new partners.
  2. Partnerships Optimization: Develop and implement launch and marketing plans to accelerate revenue growth from new partners, identifying opportunities to activate partnerships and drive business results.
  3. Existing Partnerships: Execute partnerships strategy plans to drive revenue growth of our partnerships portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely activation of partnerships activities.
  4. Supporting Key Strategic Partners: Provide support to our VPs Partnerships in follow-up tasks for key partners, ensuring successful partnerships and driving business growth.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnership opportunities with key national tourist bodies, working closely with our regional commercial leaders and marketing team.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Business Management.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships positions within the global hospitality, financial, or loyalty industries.
  3. Financial services and/or airlines knowledge is desirable.
  4. Familiarity with matrix-reporting environments and multi-market backgrounds.
  5. Commercial acumen, project management, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  6. Collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
