About the Role

  3. As a performance improvement lead, you will be responsible for analyzing employee skill gaps and designing targeted learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
  3. Proven expertise in performance management and succession planning; recruitment experience is an added advantage.
  4. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
