- Talent Acquisition and Development: Work with business stakeholders to attract, select, and appoint suitable candidates within the organization.
- Employee Engagement and Performance: Support employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, manage the appraisal system, and communicate learning needs and training requirements to the talent development department.
- Health and Safety Management: Adhere to Health and Safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring protection of the environment and wellbeing of oneself and others.
- Succession Planning and Development: Contribute to succession planning by conducting operational analysis of workforce trends and developing succession plans to enhance the internal talent pool.
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field
- Four to six years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.
