A Regional Talent Development Managerplays a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategiesthat drive both business success and employee growth. This rolefocuses on designing and implementing high-impact developmentprograms, effectively balancing long-term strategic objectives withimmediate organizationalneeds

KeyResponsibilities:

ProgramDesign

  • Lead the creation and delivery ofbest in learning and leadership developmentprograms.
  • Utilize latest technologies, learningdesign theories and instructional design methodologies to createbest in class experiences.
  • Evaluate theeffectiveness of programs through business and peoplemetrics.

Coaching andLeadership Development

  • Develop and execute leadershipdevelopment programs to build a robust pipeline of futureleaders.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching to seniormanagers to enhance performance and career growth.

Cross-functionalcollaboration

  • Lead the execution of programs anddevelopment projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience andmeasurable impact.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives intobroader business processes.

Communications

  • Develop and execute communicationstrategies to promote learning programs andinitiatives.
  • Partner with internalcommunications to highlight success stories and encourageparticipation in development opportunities.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience intalent development, learning & development, or relatedroles.
  • Mental agility: you can take in changeand find the best course of action to move forward despiteunpredictable events
  • Energy and drive: you arepassionate about making an impact and show positive and high energyto those around you
  • Strategic thinking. You areable to take a big picture view. Aligning people and businesspriorities, balancing long-term vision with immediateneeds.
  • Experience design: design experiencesthat centers on the colleagues' needs, feelings,contexts, and mindsets
  • Learning Design& Delivery: Apply science-based approaches to createlearner-centric programs with strong facilitationskills.
  • Coaching: Group and one on one coachingfor colleagues and leaders at all levels.

  • Ability toalign talent development strategies with the organization'sgoals and objectives.
  • Creating long-term plansthat focus on succession planning, skills development, andworkforce optimization.
  • Identifying thecompetencies needed for future organizational success and ensuringthe development of these competencies within theteam.

3. Program DesignandImplementation

  • Experiencedesigning training programs that cater to different learning stylesand skill sets.
  • Knowledge of adult learningprinciples and how to implement them effectively in corporatesettings.
  • Ability to create customizeddevelopment plans for individual employees based on their careergoals and organizational needs.

4.ChangeManagement

  • Expertise inleading and managing change within an organization, particularly inrelation to cultural shifts, technology adoption, or processimprovements.
  • Supporting employees throughtransitions and helping them adjust to new roles, tools, ororganizational structures.

5.Data-Driven DecisionMaking

  • Using data andanalytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and makeadjustments.
  • Tracking employee progress andproviding feedback to ensure development objectives aremet.
  • Analyzing performance metrics andorganizational data to identify skill gaps and areas forimprovement.

6.Communication and PresentationSkills

  • Strong verbaland written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearlyand persuasively.
  • Ability to present trainingprograms and development initiatives to senior management and otherstakeholders.
  • Engaging with employees at alllevels of the organization to ensure effective communication ofdevelopment opportunities.

7.ProjectManagement

  • Ability tomanage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring thatdeadlines, budgets, and goals aremet.
  • Experience in coordinating resources,trainers, and materials for effective programdelivery.
  • Maintaining clear documentation ofdevelopment programs, outcomes, and employeefeedback.
