Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Republica. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our CEO and other departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and coordinate communication with the Operations team.
  2. Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  3. Manage and organize office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
