ManpowerGroup Middle East is seeking an experienced Assistant to the CEO to support our leadership team in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage calendars, and coordinate internal communication to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars and meeting schedules for the CEO.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
    • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • HR Assistance
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and workspace setup.
    • Contribute to the offboarding process for exiting employees.
    • Collaborate with IT for employee access setup.
    • Work closely with HR to update employee documents and assist with immigration.
  • Finance and Paralegal Support
    • Handle petty cash transactions for the company.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to company documents, insurance policies, and banks.
    • Handle KYC-related documents and certifications, working closely with legal counsel.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant. Proven experience in a similar field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills are essential.
