to the CEOWe're seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organised Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to streamline operations, identify and execute growth opportunities, and help shape the future of SmartStay and its ventures.This is more than an administrative role; it's a unique opportunity to play an integral part in managing and scaling a rapidly growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to evolve into leadership responsibilities as the company scales.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to the CEO in executing business strategies and managing daily operations.Drive new business opportunities derived from the CEO's ventures and strong social media presence.Prepare, draft, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments.Manage communications, including emails, Slack, and external inquiries, while serving as the CEO's primary liaison.Oversee financial tasks, including invoicing, owner statements, and budget tracking, ensuring seamless processes.Lead recruitment efforts, maintain HR files, manage health insurance policies, and support performance tracking.Collaborate with the CEO to manage community engagement, moderate discussions, and grow our online presence.Coordinate travel, meetings, and events, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly.Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CEO, contributing to decision-making and company growth.What Makes You a Fit2+ years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting a CEO, ideally in a fast-growing startup.Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.A natural ability to thrive in a startup environment where no two days are the same.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Experience in HR management, financial tasks, and contract management is highly preferred.A hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental background is advantageous but not required.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses and rapid growth opportunities.Full residency sponsorship and comprehensive healthcare coverage with no co-pay.Access to professional development opportunities to help you grow alongside the company.A collaborative, dynamic work environment with a visionary CEO.Opportunities to contribute to exciting new ventures and groundbreaking projects.The chance to shape your career and make a lasting impact in a fast-growing startup.Apply NowWe're excited to hear from talented professionals ready to make a meaningful impact.
