We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City - SSMC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our supervisors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Arrange appointments for supervisors to avoid unnecessary interruptions
- Refer visitors or telephone callers to subordinate personnel as necessary
- Correspondence and Communication
- Open and screen incoming mail, routing it to other units as appropriate
- Compose replies to correspondence for supervisor's signature
- Handle routine queries personally
- Documentation and Reporting
- Take and transcribe correspondence and compile periodic reports on board instructions from supervisor
- Maintain knowledge and records of current Hospital policies and procedures
- Administrative Support
- Provide routine information from records to other organizational units as requested
- Maintain a variety of files and other office systems necessary for the performance of the work
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent
