Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AJMAN UNIVERSITY. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our department, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and performing routine clerical tasks.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the efficient use of office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: University diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
Working Conditions
