Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Secretary at Gama Hospital, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
You will also be answering telephones and responding to inquiries via telephone or email, as well as booking meeting rooms and setting up conference calls.
Additionally, you will take messages and minutes during meetings, perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying, and write emails, memos, and letters.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
