The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management. Duties include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining confidential files.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role
  • Experience in document control, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
