Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. This individual must be highly organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
• Develop and implement procedures to improve administrative efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Qualifications
• Secondary School Education Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative and receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
