Job Description

The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. This involves greeting them with a positive and helpful attitude, assisting them in navigating the office space, and announcing their arrival as necessary.

In addition to these tasks, the Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges, as well as maintaining visitor logs. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
