We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team at Americana Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support special projects, research tasks, and report preparation as needed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
