Job Summary: The Team Leader - Front Office will oversee the front office team, ensuring seamless guest services and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Cash Control and Operations: Oversee cash handling, manage front office operations, and maintain accurate records.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Coordinate staffing needs, create schedules, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Guest Services: Provide personalized guest services, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop staff skills, and implement performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic, German, or Russian is required.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
