Job Summary:

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and charismatic Front Office professional to join our team. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Develop a deep understanding of our guests' preferences and tailor your service to meet their individual needs.
  • Hotel Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive knowledge of our hotel's amenities, services, and facilities, including room types, rates, and promotions.
  • Service Excellence: Oversee the delivery of exceptional service, ensuring that every guest interaction meets the highest standards of Anantara hospitality.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Take ownership of resolving guest issues and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Suggest innovative solutions to meet guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communication: Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure that all team members are informed and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Revenue Analysis: Prepare and analyze daily revenue reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree in hotel management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages such as German, Italian, Chinese, or Arabic.
  • Availability: Ability to work night shifts.
