Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent Russian Speaker to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Organization: Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year previous hotel experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using property management systems, such as Opera, and have a strong understanding of hotel software and technology.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
