Key Responsibilities:- Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to our service standards.
- Supervise and mentor the Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Telephone Operators teams to guarantee that guests receive prompt, courteous attention and employee recognition.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Communicate effectively through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings, sharing pertinent information for each shift and area of operation.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and informative manner.
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Leadership skills to motivate and lead fellow colleagues as part of a cohesive team.
Please note that knowledge of Opera System is a must, and candidates should be currently residing in the UAE, preferably on a visit or cancelled visa.
