Job Title: Front Office Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Intern to join our team at SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences, a luxury lifestyle 5-star city hotel under the Accor group umbrella.

Job Summary

The Front Office Intern will assist in the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and supporting the front office team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in checking guests in and out, ensuring accurate processing and efficient service.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Help manage guest check-in/check-out procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports related to reservations, occupancy levels, and guest preferences.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handling guest inquiries and messages promptly.
  • Communicate guest requests and needs to other departments, ensuring service excellence.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and preparation of check-in/out forms and guest registration cards.
  • Help maintain accurate guest records in the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
