Job Summary:

The Personalized Guest Experience Coordinator will be responsible for anticipating and collecting all data pertaining to guest preferences and needs throughout their stay at the Atlantis Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the suite is prepared and ready as per guest requirements prior to arrival.
  • Greet the guest at the Porte Cochere, extending a warm and personalized welcome and escort the guest directly to the suite.
  • Carry out in-room check-in and attend to guest luggage and belongings as per guest preference.
  • Handle and prepare guest dry cleaning or laundry as well as prepare guest agenda or schedule including reservations, activities, and other communications to other departments accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
