Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Arrival and Check-in: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth arrival experience by providing assistance with check-in procedures.
  • Guest Service and Support: Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Guest Needs and Preferences: Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Guest Feedback and Complaints: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Guest Records and Profiles: Maintain accurate guest records and profiles, documenting preferences, special occasions, and feedback to personalize future interactions and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Establishment Standards: Uphold the standards and values of the establishment at all times, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in guest relations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software applications, including hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
