Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Role Summary
The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all MAF Entertainment concepts in various regions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency in handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to customers, adhering to Standard Operational Procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a polite and professional manner, following the correct escalation process.
- Ensure the workplace and surrounding area are always clean and organized.
Requirements
- Certificate or relevant education in Hospitality or a related field.
- 0-3+ years of experience in F&B, Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality industries.
- Basic English language verbal and written skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
