Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to customers through one-to-one consultations, helping them discover the perfect luxury beauty products and services.
- Communicate effectively with multiple customers simultaneously, offering personalized and informative recommendations to meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Identify and understand customers' unique needs and preferences to assist in selecting tailored skincare and makeup regimens.
- Address customer inquiries and product-related questions promptly, professionally, and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop thoughtful regimen curations and provide expert advice to inspire customers to explore our luxury beauty selection and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay informed on the latest luxury beauty trends and products, ensuring you can provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Promote the luxury beauty brand and maintain a strong positive professional image during all customer interactions, building trust and confidence with our customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics, driving business growth and success.
- Actively contribute to the development of our chat consultation experience, seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant beauty experience, including retail sales counter or chat selling.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in writing and speech to a global customer and brand base.
- A strong luxury beauty knowledge base, including an array of brands, products, and skincare and makeup knowledge.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and selling skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
- Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to interpret and analyze both personal and team goals, with a focus on driving business growth and success.
- Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office Suite, familiarity with multiple web browsers, and instant messenger tools.
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends/evenings and occasional holidays, to service customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- AA or Bachelor's degree within the industry.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
