  • Facilitate travel arrangements for personal journeys, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and detailed itineraries.
  • Oversee and coordinate car services for maintenance, registration, and cleaning.
  • Act as a liaison for personal matters, effectively communicating between executives and external contacts.
  • Handle incoming communications related to personal affairs, including calls and emails.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of personal events, gatherings, and celebrations.
  • Research and organize details for special occasions.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks according to the executives' personal and professional requirements.
  • Provide timely reminders for critical deadlines and commitments.
