Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Islamic Finance Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Islamic Finance Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing personal finance products to the specified target segment and achieving or exceeding assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Sales: To source Al Khair / Tadawul product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with all institutions and governmental departments.
  • Customer Engagement: Visit institutions and governmental departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.
  • Product Knowledge: Full awareness of product knowledge and implementing them at all times.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a timely and prompt service to customers.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow strictly secrecy norms, and maintain data confidentiality.
Regular Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review standard credit applications, ensuring all information provided is accurate and authentic.
  • Approval Process: Follow the approval process and escalate delays to the relevant department.
  • Contract Execution: Execute Murabaha contracts with customers, representing ADIB, and prepare files as per the checklist.
  • Error Rectification: Ensure all deals submitted are error-free and rectify errors if any.
  • File Activation: Check file activation and notify the relevant department in case of delays.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Maintain a good rapport with inter-departmental peers, ensuring a smooth flow of business.
  • Promotions and Cross-Selling: Participate in activities assigned by the line manager during promotions and initiate cross-selling of other banking products.
  • Customer Complaints: Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level if any.
Specialist Skills and Technical Knowledge
  • Product Knowledge: Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services.
  • Service Standards: Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
  • UAE Banking Practices: Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  • Competitor Awareness: General awareness of competitors in the local market.
