Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Greet Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Manage Reservations: Efficiently manage reservations, ensuring seamless transitions for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with Wait Staff: Collaborate with wait staff to provide exceptional service, ensuring guests receive prompt attention and assistance.
- Maintain a Clean Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of Marriott International.
- Cater to Guest Needs: Provide exceptional service to guests who require extra attention, such as children or elderly guests.
- Answer Incoming Calls: Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist Wait Staff: Provide support to wait staff as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
