Front Desk Administrator

Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator to join their team in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet guests professionally and courteously.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answer the reception line and connect to the relevant party.
Administrative Support:
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Administer tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery.
Office Maintenance:
- Keep the reception area safe and clean.
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah
