Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Nathan HR Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the relevant department or employee.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as receiving and sending mail, and arranging courier services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be based in Sharjah, UAE.
