About the Position:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO and other C-Level officers. This includes managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and editing correspondence, and developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and other C-Level officers
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
