Hospitality Administrative Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Food & Beverage Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations within our F&B department.
Core Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute important documents, meeting minutes, and letters
- Offer administrative support for hotel activities
- Secure and maintain confidential F&B department records
- Assist in preparing and distributing outlet menus
- Create and maintain up-to-date databases of suppliers, guests, and contacts
- Facilitate effective communication between departments
- Process regular staff attendance and payroll records
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
