Job Title: Secretary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team at AlSharhan Industries. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
