Senior Administrative Assistant

As a key member of the ADNOC Legal Division, the Senior Office Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the General Counsel and their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and events.
Main Responsibilities
Data Management
- Collect and organize information and files related to legal cases and proceedings.
- Prepare summaries of findings for legal staff, including research and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of paralegal activities, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups on legal matters.
- Manage the General Counsel's diary and appointments, as well as coordinate travel and logistics.
- Handle correspondence and key documents, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
