Export and Travel Retail Business Development Manager

Job Overview
The Export and Travel Retail Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the Travel Retail Middle East market. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key operators, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of account managers and travel retail sales managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Travel Retail Middle East market.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with key operators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing plans.
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers and travel retail sales managers.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of success. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French language skills desirable.
Travel and Work Arrangements
Frequent travel is required, and this position offers a permanent contract based in Dubai.
