Our Expectations
We expect the Travel Retail Commercial Executive to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A proven track record in similar sales/commercial roles within the beauty and/or consumer goods industry and/or luxury environment is essential. Fluency in English and strong business acumen are also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Microsoft Office suite and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Travel Retail Commercial Executive will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Commercial Operations: Ensure the smooth execution of ordering processes and manage day-to-day commercial operations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel retail partners.
  • Sales Management: Monitor and follow up on monthly orders from customers to maximize fill rates and on-time delivery.
  • Forecasting: Forecast sales by retailer, update shipment planning tools, and provide regular updates on stock levels and anticipated requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Track limited editions allocations of saleable and FOCs and organize timely shipments.
  • Planning and Shipping: Maintain clear planning and shipping processes for non-saleable items (testers, GWPs, etc.).
  • Agreements and Calculations: Update Commercial and Price-off agreements on internal tools (G2N) and reconcile annual rental and rebate calculations.
