**Job Title:** SMB Channel Head for MEA

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales professional to lead our SMB Channel business in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing sales plans to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel Sales strategy to meet business goals and objectives in the MEA region.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our SMB Channel ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
  • Provide sales enablement and training to partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our Channel Sales strategy remains competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Channel Sales management experience in the MEA region.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on programmatic execution.
  • Sales experience in the SMB market is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix role with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, innovate, and drive results.
  • Must be proficient in English, knowledge of Arabic or other languages in the region is a plus.
