Business Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute business plans that align with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with partners to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and drive execution to achieve desired outcomes.
Operational ExcellenceEnsure operational excellence in channel business transactions, including credit, compliance, and agreements management. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Leadership and CollaborationAct as a key partner for the MEA SMB Technology leadership team, representing the SMB Channel strategy and driving business growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and goal tracking.
Requirements- Minimum 5 Years of Channel Sales Management Experience
Proven experience in channel sales management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Strong Analytical and Organizational SkillsExcellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Sales Experience in the SMB MarketExperience in the SMB market, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Proven Ability to Work in a Matrix RoleProven ability to work effectively in a matrix role, with diverse stakeholders, including partners, sales teams, and internal teams.
Self-Starter with Strong InitiativeSelf-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in EnglishProficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages in the region is a plus.
