About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and mentoring sales staff to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet targets
  2. Analyze sales trends and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on them
  3. Establish strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and preferences to tailor our services
  4. Lead and manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  5. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  6. Promote continuous improvement by suggesting new ideas for product portfolio expansion and enhancement
  7. Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends, adapting our strategy accordingly
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute promotional activities such as trade shows and conferences
