Job Summary

As a Service Reception Manager at شركة النخبة موتورز, you will be responsible for overseeing the service reception area of our luxury car dealership. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of service advisors and receptionists to ensure efficient customer service and seamless scheduling of appointments.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assess their service needs, and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about the services offered, service timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of service appointments, optimizing the service advisor's workload and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, service requests, and follow-ups. Handle paperwork related to service appointments, including work orders, invoices, and customer information forms.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the service reception area, focusing on customer comfort and satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions for service advisors and receptionists to improve their customer service skills, product knowledge, and familiarity with dealership processes.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards. Monitor service advisors' adherence to established processes and guidelines, addressing any deviations promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience in automotive service reception management in a UAE dealership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
