Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing and Reception Professional to join our team at Studio Belmont.

As a Marketing and Reception Professional, you will play a dual role in our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Additionally, you will assist with various marketing activities to promote our clinic's services and enhance our online and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  1. Provide Exceptional Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, providing accurate information about our services.
  3. Manage Schedules: Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination.
  4. Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality, adhering to strict data protection policies.
  5. Provide Accurate Information: Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, addressing any concerns or questions.

Marketing Duties:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our clinic's services.
  2. Manage Online Presence: Manage and update the clinic's website and social media accounts, ensuring a strong online presence.
  3. Create Promotional Materials: Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and newsletters, to showcase our services.
  4. Coordinate Events: Coordinate events and workshops to promote the clinic's services, engaging with our target audience.
  5. Monitor Performance: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
  2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  3. Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with a proven track record in marketing or a related field.
  4. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
