As an Experience Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our host team and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Welcoming and seating guests with warmth and efficiency
  2. Managing reservations and ensuring seamless guest flow
  3. Providing excellent phone and email support to our guests
  4. Accommodating special requests and exceeding guest expectations
  5. Training and supervising our hostesses to ensure they provide outstanding service
  6. Liaising with management and other teams to ensure seamless communication
