About the Role:

The Director of Customer Success is a pivotal position at Moody's Investors Service, playing a crucial role in driving profitability through client retention and adoption of our solutions.

As a key member of our organization, you will coordinate internal resources to enhance customer engagement, deliver timely content, and drive higher retention rates. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing an engagement strategy that aligns our teams with customers' objectives, leveraging customer journey mapping, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), health scores, and value delivery.

Key responsibilities include gathering information on customer use of Risk, Finance, and Lending solutions, communicating with internal partners, and proactively discovering client objectives and priorities. You will maintain detailed understanding and documentation of customer use cases, usage metrics, and health scores, deepening customer relationships across seniority and functional areas.

A strong understanding of commercial banking, particularly in corporate lending, finance, and risk practices, is essential for success in this role. Prior experience in a client-facing position, including Customer Success, Project Management, or Sales, is highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills, are necessary for building relationships at all levels within customer organizations.

We are seeking a self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves as necessary, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
